Jackie Ritchie serves as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Brand Management, providing strategic leadership and guidance on all aspects of the university’s brand. Over the past several years, her primary focus has included the launch and implementation of the university’s rebranding initiative, during which she helped lead the institution through a period of meaningful change.
Jackie is responsible for the long-term stewardship of the WashU brand and plays a key role in shaping the university’s approach to marketing campaign development. She works closely with partners across campus to align brand strategy, creative execution, and implementation in support of institutional priorities.
In this role, Jackie leads the creative, multimedia, and licensed merchandise teams within University MarComm and serves as a trusted partner and advocate for consistency, clarity, and impact in how the university presents itself. As brand and marketing efforts across campus continue to become more coordinated, her focus remains on supporting effective strategy and execution across the university.
In her spare time, she can be found on sidelines cheering on her boys or taking on far too many home projects at once.
