As the assistant vice chancellor for strategic communications and marketing at WashU, I am committed to enhancing the university’s reputation as a world-class academic and research institution with strong ties to the St. Louis region. My responsibilities include engaging and aligning stakeholders, advising and planning marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities to amplify the university’s achievements, and conducting research to achieve our goals.
I also oversee the production of WashU Magazine, working alongside two senior associate editors and our creative director. Together, we lead a talented team of creative, editorial, and multimedia professionals dedicated to storytelling and innovative ideas.
My career includes roles at various marketing agencies, managing brand-building efforts for national and local clients. Prior to WashU, I served as the assistant vice chancellor of marketing and communications at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where I earned my MBA in 2016.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking long walks, and exploring St. Louis for live music. If you have any recommendations, I’d love to hear them!
